Dades Valley
A valley in southern Morocco between the High Atlas and Jebel Saghro, with kasbahs, earthen villages and photogenic rock gorges.

About Dades Valley
The Dades valley stretches south of the High Atlas, between Ouarzazate and Tinerhir. Along the river come fields, kasbahs and villages built of earth the same colour as the mountains.
Upstream, the valley narrows into the Dades gorges, with striking rock formations and a well-known winding road. It is a frequent overnight stop on routes to Merzouga.
