Tetouan
A northern Moroccan city with a white medina of clear Andalusian heritage, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
About Tetouan
Tetouan lies between the Mediterranean and the Rif mountains. Its medina of whitewashed houses was largely rebuilt by Andalusians who arrived from the Iberian peninsula, and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It is a natural stop on the way between Tangier and Chefchaouen.
